Directions:
Coming from Frederick
- Take 270 south
- Take exit 11 for MD-124/Quince Orchard Rd toward Mont. Village Ave
- Turn right onto MD-124 S/Quince Orchard Rd (signs for Maryland 124 S/Quince Orchard Road)
- Turn right onto Clopper Rd
- Turn left onto Longdraft Rd
- Turn left onto Pavilion Dr
- Turn left onto Keystone Dr
- Park on the same side of the street as the drop site (there is lots of traffic on drop nights, and this way we don't congest the street for the neighbors)
Time:
6:30 - 7:30 p.m. - Sorting
7:30 - 8:00 p.m. - Pickup
8:00 - 8:30 - Sometimes informal discussions follow the meeting (fermentation, gardening, and various topics suggested by members)
Sorting
- Sorters can come the prior evening or as early as 3:00 on the pick up day.
- We will arrange boxes for members alphabetically by first name. All of a members sources will be in one place.
- Sorters must have all items arranged by 7:30 pm. of the delivery day
Pick up
- Pick up starts at 7:30 pm. Anyone picking up after 8:30 must mail their checks directly to the product coordinator.
- Procedure
- Put on your name-tag
- Your invoice summary will be with your items. Make sure you have all your sources.
- For each source, check the individual invoice to make sure you have everything and that nothing is damaged.
- Go to the "payment table" to put your checks in their correct envelopes. Be sure to initial the envelope.
- Put your name-tag back in the box
